Because of this personal approach, the estimated build time ranges between 30 and 90 days, depending on specifications, finish complexity, and current workshop schedule. From warm vintage Strat sparkle to fat PAF-style growl, every set is built and tested in-house to deliver the exact sound you have in mind. The wiring harness is custom-built too, using premium components like ObsidianWire systems or full hand-soldered setups, letting you explore series, parallel, or coil-split options that make your guitar truly unique.

Bridges, tuners, and knobs from leading manufacturers like Gotoh, Kluson, or Hipshot ensure perfect tuning stability, intonation, and feel. Every Vergatto build begins with wood. Choose from premium alder, ash, mahogany, swamp ash, maple, rosewood, or ebony – sourced from world-class tonewood suppliers. Each body is selected and shaped to match your preferred weight, resonance, and balance. The neck can be carved to your exact comfort: slim and fast for lead players or full and rounded for classic blues feel. Every contour, every curve, made to fit you perfectly.
