Vergatto takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted pickups and custom-built guitars. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, limitations, and procedures for warranty service.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE  
All standard pickups are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Custom-built guitars are covered by a one-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. WHAT IS COVERED  
The warranty covers functional defects that result from faulty materials or craftsmanship. Examples include electrical failure of pickups, loose internal wiring, or structural flaws that affect normal use.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED  
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including strings, frets, finishes, and cosmetic scratches. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity. Products that have been altered or serviced by unauthorized parties are excluded from warranty coverage.

4. WARRANTY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS  
Custom-made pickups and guitars are built to your specifications. These items are not eligible for refunds or returns but are covered by this warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Adjustments to sound preferences or personal taste are not considered defects.

5. CLAIM PROCEDURE  
To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@vergatto.com with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. After evaluation, we will inform you whether the item qualifies for warranty service. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS  
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items to us for warranty evaluation. If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered under warranty, Vergatto will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or store credit for the product. Vergatto shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to lost income, performance disruptions, or incompatibility with other equipment.

8. TRANSFERABILITY  
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

9. GOVERNING LAW  
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
