Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vergatto. We take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted pickups and custom-built guitars. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS  
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.  

2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS  
Custom made products, including guitars built to customer specifications and pickups wound to order, are non returnable and non refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.  

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS  
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@vergatto.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by Vergatto.  

4. RETURN PROCESS  
To initiate a return, please contact us at eli@vergatto.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.  

5. REFUNDS  
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping fees are non refundable.  

6. EXCHANGES  
We may allow exchanges for certain standard items such as non customized pickups, subject to availability. Exchanges for different models or specifications are treated as new orders.  

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS  
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at eli@vergatto.com.  

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS  
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Vergatto is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
