1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 6 to 14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom made products such as handcrafted pickups or custom built guitars may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location. Delivery times vary by region and shipping provider. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout, but please note that they are only estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Vergatto.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. In some cases, promotional free shipping may be offered. Import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with local laws and regulations. Vergatto is not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.

6. SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at eli@vergatto.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Vergatto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. In case of issues, contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacement for lost packages.
8. MULTIPLE ITEMS
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or production timelines. You will be informed if your order is split into multiple shipments.
